We have finally found a location where we want to try and start a Bakery/Restaurant. Finding it was not easy when considering the right kind of customers, rent and facilities in the building. But this one seems to cut the cake - ha ha..... ha.
Here we se Oil signing the renting contract - Thai style using a motorcycle as table. (The signing took place at midnight outside the building.) Now we have to get to work. I have prepared some 3D to visualize how to dress up the place. More about that later. :-)
