After a lot of waiting and some more waiting for all the technical installations, we have finally been able to produce a plate of food. Our new chef, Kuhn Non, have just served us a wonderful round of spaghetti carbonara. It was really good. Now we are close to do a test run with all the dishes and a test audience before the real opening.
Oil is also getting ready to heat up the oven to fill the shelves with tons of sweet stuff. For a moment I thought about that we have now spend a great deal of money, just to eat a plate of spaghetti. Now we just hope a lot of people will come in and enjoy eating here. :-)
